Refund & Returns Policy ( অর্থ ফেরত এবং পণ্য ফেরত নীতিমালা ) :
At RealGalax, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Our Refund and Returns Policy is valid for 30 (thirty) days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
RealGalax-এ আমরা গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিই। আমাদের রিফান্ড ও রিটার্ন নীতি ডেলিভারির তারিখ থেকে ৩০ (ত্রিশ) দিন পর্যন্ত প্রযোজ্য। ৩০ দিনের পরে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ দেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।

Eligibility for Returns ( ফেরতের যোগ্যতা ) :
To qualify for a return :
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation
- A valid receipt, invoice, or proof of purchase is required
Important: Returns sent directly to the manufacturer will not be accepted.

In certain cases, only partial refunds may be granted :
- Items with clear signs of use
- Opened media (CD, DVD, software, video games, etc.)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts not due to our error

Sale Items ( বিক্রিত পণ্যগুলো ) :
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds.
Sale, discounted, or promotional items are non-refundable.
